Subscription Terms

1. Service Description

ZESTCLIP is a personalised video-discovery platform that recommends movies, TV shows and other digital content. A paid subscription is required for full access.

2. Subscription Plans

Plans and pricing may vary by country and can change without prior notice. Any price change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before renewal.

3. Trial Offers

From time to time we provide free or discounted trials. Trials convert to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 h before the trial ends.

4. Billing & Payment

• By subscribing you authorise us to charge the payment method on file every billing period until you cancel.
• If the primary card fails we may charge any other payment method we hold for you.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by mandatory consumer-law.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime:

1. Web: a direct link to an online cancellation.
2. Email: send a request to [email protected].

Your membership stays active until the end of the current period; no further charges occur.

6. Refunds

We do not provide partial-month refunds. Users in the EU have a 14-day withdrawal right as described during checkout.

7. Restrictions

You must not:

• Re-sell, redistribute or broadcast any content obtained through ZESTCLIP.
• Remove watermarks, DRM or other proprietary notices.
• Use the service for any unlawful or commercial public-performance purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination your right to use the service ends immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
